A standard backhoe (Case 580 / JCB 3CX / John Deere 310) in Querétaro starts at $4,500 MXN per day with operator, 8-hour shift. Price drops with length: 12% off from 2 days, 20% from 8 days, 30% from 16 days and 45% for 30+ days. Freight is calculated separately by job location.

Operator IS included on backhoes, bulldozers, motor graders and dump trucks (8-hour shift, DC-3 certified). On 20-ton excavator, mini excavator, skid steer and rollers the operator is optional and priced separately. Diesel is NOT included by default; you can toggle it in the quoter and we'll estimate it.

We price freight by zone from our Querétaro yard. Inside the Bajío corridor cost scales with distance: typical round-trip ranges from $1,200 to $6,500 by equipment type (some need lowboy) and destination city. You see it itemized in the quoter before submitting.

We don't bill hours lost to mechanical failure when documented by our operator. Inside the Bajío corridor we dispatch a part or replacement within 4 business hours. The policy is written into the contract.

Rain is weather, not supplier. We bill the base shift even if you don't operate, but we don't bill diesel or overtime. If a rain day is expected we coordinate with your site lead to adjust schedule and minimize cost.

Current fiscal-status statement, legal rep's ID, proof of address (under 3 months) and the job-site lead's details for delivery. For framework or public-works contracts we also ask for non-blacklisting proof and project liability insurance.

Standard 8-hour shift per calendar day, including on-site movement and operational maintenance. Overtime authorized by your site lead is billed at the equipment's overtime rate (configurable per quote). No written authorization, no overtime.
